Description: Treaties and International Agreements Online from Oceana Publications is a full-text database containing over 11,000 bilateral and multilateral U.S. treaties from 1783 to the present. Treaties entered into force and in effect as of January 1, 1988 are included, as are international agreements entered into since January 1, 1988 to which the United States is a party. In addition, the database includes 1500 bilateral tax treaties where the U.S. is not one of the parties.
