Description: Included in this online service from Commerce Clearing House are Federal, State and International files, and Capital Changes Reports.

The Federal tax service includes the Standard Federal Tax Reporter; the Federal Estate/Gift Tax Reporter; the Federal Excise Tax Reporter; the current Internal Revenue Code; cases and rulings as well as IRS publications. The State file contains all State Tax Reporters as well as State Tax Laws. Other files cover International taxation.

Federal Tax Day and State Tax Day are included in the News section.

Capital Changes Reports provides information about capital changes of over 58,000 corporations and the resulting federal tax consequences.
